Well its been a little while since I blogged about my wedding dress diet. Sorry! I’m ‘Miss never-well’ at the moment and we migrated websites and are still getting used to it. We hope you like it!
It’s obviously been Christmas & New Year - a time which involves over indulgence & 2 days before Christmas Eve after being poorly for weeks I was told I had pneumonia so after hitting my 1 stone target I decided to just rest and enjoy the festive season as best I could. On antibiotics that stipulated when I could actually eat I wasn’t going to worry about food I consumed and I just had what I wanted.
We also ordered some cheese to try for our wedding and I was not going to miss out on that cheese feast!
Weigh in on Monday showed a 4lb weight gain. It wasn’t a disaster but I felt down about it. I was determined to not let it ruin my goal.
So a generally good week - one terrible day where I succumbed to a Krispy Kreme (Dans fault) / pasta / garlic bread / Parma ham!!!! However that’s what I love about my diet it’s not everyday.
So weigh in, what happened this week?
4lb off - I’m back to where I was before Christmas.
1 stone Phew!
So now I’m back on the straight & narrow.
I may need to resort to using one of
my Christmas Presents this week,
I keep it handy
I was hoping to start an exercise class this week but still waiting news from cardiologist so until then just a bit of gentle walking - make the most of having an actual excuse!
